Our Medical Review Service is Second to None!
By leveraging technology and our experience working within the drug and alcohol testing industry we are able to offer review services at a very attractive price point. Because of these efficiencies we off one of the fastest turn-around-times for medical review in Canada.
We are Canadians, our offices are located solely in Canada, and we only work with Canadian Medical Review Officers (MRO).
Compliancy in regards to client and donor privacy is a very important part of our business and that’s why we have opted to not share any information cross-border whenever possible.

Donor Privacy and Record Storage
Our commitment to privacy is one we take very seriously.
All on-site records are stored in a limited access area under lock and key at all times. Electronic records are stored on a password protected, encrypted server with limited access to authorized personnel only. We observe the U.S. DOT’s (Department of Transportation’s) rules and regulations as it pertains to record keeping as well as the Canadian Government’s PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and Provincial health privacy acts. All of our team members that have access to this information are carefully screened including police record checks.
Our medical review team members have all completed Medical Review Officer and Medical Review Officer Administrator (MROA) courses and have been certified by the Medical Review Officer Certification Council (MROCC) or the American Association of Medical Review Officers (AAMRO).
